Description
Carborundum powder can be used to grain glass. To do this, place the glass face up and flat on a non-slip surface; moisten the surface of the glass with water; distribute a minimal amount of carborundum on top of the glass; and place a second piece of glass facedown. Proceed by rubbing the two pieces of glass together in a figure eight motion under the weight of your hands. Rinse glass under warm water and allow to dry vertically.
